She yells all day, follows & trips me up, sleeps on me till I lock her separately. She wets everywhere & due to birth in 3weeks. Her mate has disappeared. She feeds as normal.

Well she needs an owner who is going to be responsible for her. She should have been spayed before her first litter. To keep her and her not castrated son is gross negligence.
Her mate has disappeared.....what have you done to try and find her son?
It will not rule my life....unbelievable.
She needs to be rehomed with someone who will care for her.

I take it from this thread she had the last litter a few months ago, November last year. How many litters has she had?

Think what you like of me but this is my cat from kitten. She loves me & vv. I wont spey her as I have acres of rural life for her. She's not cooped in mini residences nor a blight on neighbors. She has a free natural life & good mouser. She has quitened down tho still spraying but I can cope with that. Get off my case, I dont live by your standards!
Just because you have acres doesn't seem to be a reason to not have her spayed - the only reason for that is if you want her to have more kittens but that's a different thread, similarly for the tom that's run off. If she were mine and making all this noise unusually I would be back to the vet for a further opinion (although my first thought would be she's in season and calling but I assume the vet ruled that out?). Did they say why they've given her antibiotics, did she have a temperature? There must have been a reason.
It’s great that she has acres of open space, so do my cats but they are all speyed or neutered. This is to stop the males fighting and breeding with siblings and parents and to sop the female having multiple litters a year. Fine if you rehome or keep all the kittens but what happens when the offspring have kittens. Your cat is probably in season and letting the local males know by the yowling. Is she spraying or actually urinating everywhere. If spraying then she is marking her territory. A vet check and Spey is the most obvious solution for both you and the cat
