While we were selling components to India, who then sent them to Russia.

The EUSSSR don't even have a third party to rightly hold resposible. They banned th sale of arms to Putin in 2014 but carried on selling them direct regardless. Just virtue signalling again but France and Germany made sure that the other "members" were comforming to the edict.
