Surprised at your acerbic comments about a quiz contestant Sqad! Not really necessary - I've been on two TV quiz shows and I can tell you nerves take over for a number of reasons.

john.....of course she did.....but I am talking about questions that at least 90% of a widely selected group would know.

The question about snakes......the river Thames.....etc etc

My point is that it surprises me that a person with such a narrow breadth of general knowledge could gain a University place and become a Vetinary surgeon.
