I got attacked by a dog, he bit me all over the arm and then legs before biting me in the privates and would not let go. I could feel my testicles slowly being crushed between its teeth and my neighbours cane corso was just stood watching. If the testicles waw bitten off would he help or just stand there

He would not have protected you unless you were a member of what he considers his family. Cane Corsos are huge dogs - consider yourself lucky that it wasn't the one that attacked you.

Report the dog that attacked you to the Police, if it is found to be uncontrollable they may euthanise it.
