Morning Ozzy dinner sounds delicious, fish and chips for us tonight.
Jess has elbow displacement and arthritis, she has bone spurs growing in the gap that causes a limp and discomfort. At her age it wouldn’t be right to put her through a large operation, so they keep an eye on live and kidney damage from the constant medication.

Morning everyone, literally haven’t slept for even one minute - I have been awake the entire night, not by choice I hasten to add. I just did not fall asleep for one iota! Have given up, got up n fed cats and made cup of tea to bring back to bed. Guarantee the sec I should be getting up I’ll fall fast asleep!!
Good morning all.
I rarely use the railways (had enough of the bad days when I commuted for 40+ years) but just realised the unions have scuppered our plans to travel to Cornwall to celebrate our 50+ years of marriage. So it’s not only footie fans who are inconvenienced. Thanks a bunch rail unions. Rant over.
