Good morning all!
Seems strange how the dead get their kicks by scaring the pants off the living, still, it takes all sorts.
Have a good day.

morning Chip xx lol.. it's no' scary..honest ! interesting for sure..especially the history behind it all... have a grand day..and take good care too !
Morning all, another dank one today, certainly to begin the day with. It's supposed to be dry though.... A number of household jobs today from my MoT to some food shopping to keep going - the big shop tomorrow when I take on the Mater. Am going away next sunday, so need to start thinking about that - a chance to see friends in surrey and the warzone that they are living in - 3.5k trees executed and 4.5k to go all in the name of sorting out the junction of the M2/A3, the A3 down to Ripley. The RHs has said nae trees cut o'er here, so it's their side of the road that's been hit and they have ripped down a huge thick tranche of them that separated the road away from their hamlet and acted as a sound-barrier. My sister was up there about 2 months ago and said it was seriously awful.

And they go on about pulling down 100-200 trees in the centre of Plymouth - nothing said about the wanton destruction of 8000 of them!

Byeee DT xx take care xx
I know I'm too late for early birdies but yesterday turned out warm and sunny all day. Managed to get quite a bit done in the garden thank goodness. All veg doing well so far and apple trees laden. I'm a happy bunny. Not sure what is on the cards for today but no doubt something will happen.
Keep safe and keep well.
Mornin' all to those who are still around.
Lady J, where do you live?
It rained all day yesterday here in Manchester.
Lizard, Cornwall. It really was a lovely day. Much better than DT seems to have had in Falmouth.
Well, at least the sun is shining here at the moment, but will have to wait to see how long that lasts. :-)
Morning , I thought I’d be too late for you Minty, hope you all have a good day
We get such varied weather here, LadyJ. Only a few miles from you and wet here most of day yesterday and again this morning.
Seems a long time ago we had 2 months dry and I was wishing for rain. Now it won't stop!
Apparently the Jet Stream is stuck according to the weatherman on Countryfile last night :0/
^^^ Oh well, that explains it then. :-)
