Whilst I did smile when reading this story I can see it maybe turning nasty.  One day it may pick on the wrong dog and get hurt.

They can't be sure it's the same cat ??? Well if there is more than one ginger cat being vicious there must be something in the water (or the local cat food).

 

Seems to me that were it a dog savaging humans it'd likely be put down. Treating dogs and cats equally would remove the problem.

I agree with you, the cat might pick on the wrong dog and get hurt.  The dog will be blamed.

That said, the thought of a 4kg cat terrorising a neighbourhood makes me 😃 smile.
