I would consider Pork to be white meat. Although it isnt as healthy as other white meats because It carries parasites that cant be destroyed by cooking alone like they can in other meats (One of the reasons why Muslems do not eat pork.)
However humans need both types of meat for a healthy diet. Each meat contains specific enzymes that cant be found in any other food. These enzymes are needed to control and sustain the workings of many organs in our bodies.
