Cat Odor

There are 2 places my cat likes to sit & they both have an odor. I don't think it's urine, but does have a strong odor. If it is urine, would he continue to lay there? How do I get rid of the smell & how do I prevent it??

Hi, maybe you could wash the area (dont use ammonia based products) washing up liquid should do the trick.. if there are areas you dont want the cat to go try putting down alluminium foil as they dont like walking on this. Does your cat have a litter tray to use?
