weird ceramics object signed LR

Hello, I acquired a weird ceramics object, it's about a 15 inches high, consists of three pieces which fit into the lower one and it somewhat looks like a lighttower. Colour is greenish, and it's signed at the bottom LR.
can anyone give me some advice on what it is, who made it and what it's worth?
