alca selzer & Seagulls (don't mix)
Is it true as Seagulls cannot let off any wind?and that if you were to wrap a alca selzer in some food the seagull will explode once he's eaten it within 3 mins?? mmmmm i wonder.(i must experiment for myself)

NaHCO3 + HCl → NaCl + H2O + CO2
...and then the birds explode.
I'm not sure if bird stomach acid is actually HCl, but apparently it "can have a pH as low as 0.2." So it should work.

When we were in Cornmall last time on my sister's hen weekend, we tied her up and strapped a pastie to her head in the big car park in Penzance. The seagulls were everywhere and it was rather messy. Soooo funny though !
