Hope someone can give me some advice, I am in the process of building an aviary type out house for my ferrets, I would like to keep it as natural as possible for them the wall i am hoping to attach this aviary to has a honeysuckle and a montana clamatis up it, I would like to keep this on the side of the wall so it can entwine in the mesh for shelter and it will also look good, Is this plant safe for the ferrets I dont think they would eat it for a minute but i want to be sure they would love to climb it but i would hate anything to happen to them if it was in someway poisonous

Thanks

Im not sure it will be a good idea to grow anything in a ferrett run, climbers will pose the risk of a ferrett getting trapped in the twisting stems also would not be practical for cleaning. It would be of any interest to the ferrets also dont make this aviary type enclosure to high as your ferretts will love to climb up the sides and will fall. I kept up to 50 ferretts for many years doing rescue for RSPCA etc great pets and workers.
