does anyone know the symptoms of cat aids?it's going around in my area and i want to know what the signs are.have got two cats who both love going out so it would be hard/cruel to keep them indoors especially when weather warms up again.
No symptoms. You will see no difference on a cat that catches/have FIV to a normal cat.
Also, just because one cat has FIV does not necessarily mean that the one next to him/her will catch it.
Same as human HIV, the only way to catch it is if they have an open wound. So make sure that your cats don't get into a scratching/biting match with other cats.
