blotchy rash

my dog has had a rash all over her body the vets gave her antibiotics and told me to wash her twice a week and rince her with salty water this does not apear to have worked has anybody got a alternative answer

have you changed her food recently, a may be an allergic reaction? I f not you could try using a royal jelly or evening primrose shampoo as this can soothe the skin and clear up irritations.

Go back to the vets.

Try a different vet. Your original vet should have said to return if the treatment did not work. It could just be the hot weather or any number of different things, a rash can be a symptom of alot of things, food allergy, fleas, house dust allergy to name a few.
