i dont know, maybe its just ignoring you
Hard to say without knowing what makes you suspect that it has. And, come to think of it, pretty hard to tell via correspondence over a site like this, how ever well you describe the symptoms. Surely it's worth a visit to the vets?

I'm intrigued why you say "suddenly": perhaps he (she) has been going mutton Geff for some time.
What, like it doesn't come when called? this is not always an ears problem, - could be a legs problem. [check it's still got four] there's been a spate of weirdos hiding under cars with sharp knifes, [ask snopes]
It could be ear mite or a thing called gac.
Cats do have a tendancy to be ignorant
It could be polyps (little growths) in the ear canal. Can be harmless, can be nasty. Were it my cat, I'd make a trip to the vet.
maybe it's all the hot weather we have been having - our cat has been off his food and a little bit narky.
Go to the vets
