Yes most cave-dwelling animals, e.g. blind cave fish etc. Also those that have not evolved eyes, e.g. sponges.

my friend had a blind small spaniel, she bought it from that well known famous London store in their pet dept, they realised the problem after 24 hrs, the store said [ craftilly] bring the animal back it will have to be put down and we will get you a replacement. Of course she kept the pet and never has entered that store again , the dog lived to a ripe old age and died of natural causes.
