The polar bear.
Why the polar bear?

Because it's hard!
Polar bear they are bigger,but if it was between a Kodiak and Polar then i would say a draw :o)
Pedantically, here in the western U.S. a really large boar Grizzly will weigh about 800 pounds, while an Arctic Polar Bear near Hudson's Bay can go as large as 1200 pounds...
Additionally, the world's record Kodiak Brown was taken in Alaska in 1894 and weighed 1,656lbs...
Depends on where the fight took place, if the grizzly was at home then the polar bear would be too hot, whereas if it was on the polar bears patch...the grizzly would freeze
