My cats back legs and feet have become swollen, seems similar to water retention. She doesn't mind me touching them and she's walking and jumping about ok. She's eating as usual and her nose is wet. She's 8 years old and has been a healthy cat. We've recently moved (4 weeks ago) could it be and allergy?

Is it both back legs, and is it the whole of the leg? - think it may be a vet job.
I firstly thought it could be an allergy, when we had our dobie pup and washed his blanket, his face all came up swollen and puffy, but he didnt mind us touching him.
Could she have sat on something that she has reacted to, like if you have washed a blanket or something and she may have reacted to it?
Take her to the vet when you can - it could be a more serious problem with the blood supply or drainage.

Let us know how you get on.
