my dog chewed an antidepressant

i found my dog chewing an anti depressant, she didn't swallow it just chewed it in her mouth a bit. could this do her any harm? thanks

Serious answer is that as she hasn't actually swallowed any of it, then there should be no problem. Flippant answer is that she should at least be totally chilled about it!

Why are there such pills lying about...?
I woudn't worry, my sisters dog ate a half bottle of fertiliser and was ok. Mind you it was a staffy.

Vet just told them to keep eye on him and wait and see!
