She threw up a rather large furball last night and ever since then she brings up everyting she eats. I called the emergency vet and they advised to not feed her until this evening. They also advised to give her plain chicken or rice to eat later. I haven't noticed her having diarrhoea though. The vet reckons she may have caught a bug.
If there is no change I will have to take her to the emergency vet tomorrow morning before she gets too dehydrated. She is sleeping at the moment.
You'll have to let us all know how she's feeling tomorrow, cupars trying to pretend he's a plant right now, hes sitting in a new plant pot we've just got, he thinks its for him and its just his size as well....hee hee.
hi tiggerblue have not got any words of wisdom to add. we have this now and again never quite sure what they have eaten i went in the hay store the other day and there was just a nose and 2 eyes staring at me it was the remains of a bunny anybody would think they dont get fed .bet yours will be back to normal in the morning if she doesnt want to eat tonight dont worry she might need a bit longer to settle her tum
Awww...hope little tigger'll be alright, but I think so. My old Persian cat used to get quite a few fur balls, but always managed to cough them up, and was fine again afterwards. xx
She seems fine today. I gave her her breakfast and she didn't throw it back up straight away like she was doing yesterday. She probably just had a little bug.
