birds eggs blue

i have been trimming my edge only to find a birds nest there with 4 blue eggs in what bird as layed these i have now stoped trimming the edge pat

Probably a dunnock (common hedge sparrow) the kink below shows a dunnocks nest with three normal and one cuckoo egg

My neighbour says maybe bunting eggs.
I deduce you are from the East End of London since the rest of us would trim our Hedges.

You don't say what size the heggs were so I would like you to consider that they may be blackbird's, though the colour does vary somewhut but generaly they are blue with dark speckles..
