calcium tablets

the above have been given to me but I cannot chew them - any other ways of calcium tablets maybe swallowing ones.

No Calcium will not make you fat, tho' too many calcium rich foods can - cheese, full fat milk (skimmed and semi skimmed contain the same amount of Calcium) Almonds are also a good source, if you like them.
