Do cows sleep standing up?? If they get pushed over when sleeping do they die?? Do they have a 2 min memory Span??

Of course they don't!
Yes, they can have a nap standing up but for a proper snooze they lie down.

I think you have your animals confused. The 2 minutes memory span is usually attributed to goldfish, which is rubbish of course.
If they had a 2 min memory span, how come they remember when it's milking time, and start heading towards the dairy?
heathfield - the discomfort from a full udder would be an excellent reminder that it is milking time.

Cows sleep lying down.
You may indeed be confusing your animals. Horses sleep standing up. They 'lock' their legs to do so.They prefer that to dozing lying down. Cows, though, always sleep lying down.
