my flat has tiny black flies in it they can be smudged under your finger

Could they be thunder flies, when they harvesting we get loads sticking to everything, funny enough not had many this year, do you have them all year round???

Well I live in a flat in a suburban not really near to any fields have only had them for about a 6 weeks at most .
How do I get rid of them (driving me batty).

Ive had the same for weeks angel, you can hardly see them and they get in my hair and ears.

The midges are coming in from the cold......have you brought in a plant from outdoors. They're probably hatching in the warmth of your flat.

iv got fruit flies stuck all over the bathroom walls
they get stuck to the condensation after my shower

My cat spends every waking hour chasing the damn things.......he keeps throwing himself against mirrors!

I don't have any plants in the flat as I always kill them (not on purpose) pity I can't do that with the flies huh!
