Shouldn't think so if she's carrying/got a litter at the moment..you'd have to wait till the kittens are weaned. If she has had a litter in the past and you want to prevent her having another one, that should be fine. Check it out with a vet if you're really worried.

I think the vet can abort the kittens and spay the mother in the same op.
