Is it fleas?

I was stroking my cat and lots of hair came out, however I know it is the moulting season. It also looked as if he has dandruff. Is this flea eggs? He isn't scratching.

Cat's get dandruff too, I wouldn't worry too much about it, however if you are concerned I would speak to your vet about it.
