Is there a reason for my rabbit not drinking much water?
1 Answers
My rabbit seems healthy, however he is not drinking much water or eating alot of hay. Recently I took him to the vets and the vet gave him a vitamin B12 jab. Is there a reason for the rabbit acting in this way ?

(Wild rabbits thrive in dry heathlands, where there are no streams and where rainwater soaks straight into the soil). They get their fluids from the vegetation that they eat.
If your rabbit has access to, say, some nice juicy lettuce leaves he might not require any additional water at all.
