worm?

We have a problem. When we moved into our new home, we noticed that on the windowsill there were some empty egg shells ( of a bug ) and a bug that looked like a tiny, dried and curled up worm. We since then have been finding these "worms" under our fridge and in our bathroom. What is this bug? A centipede/millipede?

Sounds like a millipede, they pose no threat, they are not pests like cockroaches.

maybe it's a silverfish? they do look like little fish though
