Hi Natalie.  They seem to stop growing at about 1 year to 18 months.  Is he growing upwards or outwards!!

One of my cats is so small as to be ridiculous.  She was very ill when she was a kitten and just stopped growing.  What she lacks in size she makes up in personality.  The others are all terrified of her, including the dogs!

He's just getting bigger all over, the vet says he's fine and not over weight. She measured his head span and stuff and said he's just a big cat - he weighs a stone and a half, but there's no fat on him, it's all muscle! The thing is I'll be moving house soon and looking to get a cat flap but if he keeps growing at this rate he won't fit in one, already I have to buy small dog collars instead of usual cat ones!

He sounds great Natalie.  You can buy dog flaps as well.   Are you sure you didn't get a puma cub by mistake?
