My female dog has a brownish liquid coming out of her nipples what is it? is it harmful?

Take her to the vet as soon as possible.  It doesn't sound normal.

Anything leaking out of a nipple of a dog is not normal & should be investigated. Brownish liquid sounds like old blood & could mean there's something in there that should be there. If it's something serious, it's not a disaster..I had an old dog that had every one of her mammary glands removed & she lived on happily for years.
