Nail Biting

I can't grow my nails
I sit in class and don't even realise i'm doing it!
I've tried loads of different nail biting products but I can't get one good enough.
They either do not work well at all or work really good but the taste of it get on everything I touch like my food so I don't want to use it.
I really want to grow my nails for prom so could anyone recomend something which will help me stop. Thanks x

Sit on your hands. You will notice putting them to your mouth more.

Just bite your little fingernails for as long as you can,you will of course see the others growing,and by that time you will have lost the habit,that's all it is ,a habit,I did this and it worked,now I have trouble stopping them growing so fast good luck.

I have the same trouble so I had fake ones put on - the trick is not to have them too long and your nails grow underneath them - and they are far too hard to bite!
