saw the swallows lined up on telephone lines today they can't be getting ready to leave already can they has anyone else noticed this

am sure my line was blue tit fledglings......second batch this year?

we wondered if they were fledglings as they were making alot of noise

swallows are still nesting here

Think swallows and house martins are on their last brood of their season here. Some of the late ones won't make it, sadly, but we had some building a nest only today.
