Hi sorry can't get this thing to work properly.
I bitten by a neighbours dog back in March. I asked for details about the law regarding dog nuisance and someone kindly sent me a link.

Problems have occurred again the Environmental Healrth are NOT doing their duty

Does anyone have a link to a government site explaining dog laws. I cannot find it myself despite looking
