just herad on news tnite where a woman went on holidays to tenerife and left 99 st bernards with out food or water what is wrong with people today all she had to do was ring rspca if she couldnt cope.

Yeah, I saw this last night on the news.

All she got was a 4 month prison sentance-dispicable.
She shouldn't have left the dogs like that and she got what she deserved for doing so.
What do you think the RSPCA would have done had she rang them before she went though?
I have known several people over the years who have had trouble coping with their pets,they have phoned the RSPCA in the hope of getting those pets rehomed to be told they cannot help in any way.
This woman has absolutely no excuse for leaving those dogs. Apparently her business was in trouble, yet she found the money to go to Tenerife. What did she expect to find when she got back? I guess the RSPCA would have found problems rehoming them, but she didnt give them the opportunity. Four months is not long enough.
And only banned for 10 years from keeping animals,should have been banned for life,don't you think?
