can anybody help me with my quail, i bought 6 yesterday and 1 seams abit sleepy and it did have a mess at its vent and keep fluffing it feathers out like it cold could somebody please help
A dirty vent definitely means it is sick. Take all six back and demand your money back. It must have been sick when you bought it.
Other than that you should separate the sick one straight away and keep it warm - 35° - for one day and then gradually lower the temperature over 5 days, which is not easy unless you have a brooder cage. If the bird is not better by than, do the kind thing.
Vets will give you anti-biotics which may/may not help, if you want to go to the expense.
I agree entirely with Wildwood. You should return them all to where you brought them. I would take them back straight away. The others could well be infected. Sad, I know, because you will want to help the sick bird, but it would be the best thing you could do. Do not accept an offer of other birds from the same breeder/supplier.
