Bengal Tiger is the biggest pure breed wild cat. There are also Ligers and Tigons (cross tiger and lion) that are huge. I think the Maine C00 n (altered spelling due to site censor) is the biggest domestic pure breed.

The siberian tiger is I think the largest cat not yet extinct. I cannot say exactly how large they are but they make a lion look small
