Do You Think I Would Be Taking The ***...

Hi my 8 year old staffie had pyometra last October and had a womb removed, however she has been spotting for the last 2 days.
Is this normal?
She has also been under a lot of stress in the last week as she has been adopted by a new family. Could this be a reason?

She may have cystitis (urinary infection), or a cervical infection called a "stump" pyometra. It may also be possible that she may have developed some urinary incontinance. Have a think about her water intake habits too, to see if these have changed.
I would suggest that you get a urine sample in a clean container (not a jam jar as this often contains residual sugar!) that you can take with you to the vets and this can often be very helpful.
Always be aware that your doctor wouldn't diagnose condition down the phone or by email - so why would your vet!!
Best of luck
