I can't seem to buy Glade Litter Fresh anymore from my local supermarket which was good, but does anyone have any home remedies that stop a litter tray from smelling, even though its cleaned out and disinfected often....it still has an odour.

Zoflora.
I just use a tub from the supermarket, can't remember what it's called but it's red. I always spray the wall and floor with a disinfectant too as kittys can have little misses too. Without trying to sound gross, perhaps he has got some on the wall or floor and that's where the smell is coming from.
Whoops clicked on submit too soon. Bicarbonate of soda will neutralise any odour too.
use one of the enclosed litter trays, they really do reduced the pong.,
i sprinkle a bit of shake and vac on after i have cleaned it out

Jules77 - Will try Zoflora on next cleaning time, thanks.
Milly143 - Lol. typical man then if he missed, he has a big 'tray' and it is cleaned and scrubbed rinsed inside and out and the floor is also mopped and disinfected.
Ruthann58 - Now shake n vac is a good idea, they make that Litter Fresh too ! !
