Well I would like to see the avocet or red kite, Tony....but RSPB does have the avocet of course..... a tribute to a bird that came back from near man made extinction.
So I will vote for the hen harrier, though I think the stupidity of man may have made it too late for this magnificent bird.....and I'll encourage as many people as I can to do the same if only for the publicity it will give to what we do to wildlife in the name of "sport".

It is, Tony.....but thankfully the red kite is spreading and doesn't need our help any more to escape extinction....it would be a heart vote for me....BUT...
The hen harrier does need our help.....I know it will be a pretty and familiar bird that gets most votes......but.....look at the hen harrier please....and just consider what is about to be lost to us.....x
