This was yesterday and today's visitor. He actually took the carrot out of my hand on both days. But today he was really cheeky. He put his head over the gate, almost asking for food. I know L-I-K I really do thank my lucky stars for living here. Some days we have 5 visiting. Some days none. To be honest this was the first visit for over a month. I put this down to the rut. They were far busier with whatever they were up to than visiting me.
What I want to know is how do they know where to come to visit me. It's not exactly a quick stroll from the forest. They have to come across a park, cross a road, up a hill, along a lane, up through undergrowth then they are here. Do they talk to each other and say the mad lady on theendup there has food for us?
