Are they responsible for contributing to the decline of native hole nesting birds, like owls, woodpeckers, starlings, nuthatches etc.

Woodpeckers are struggling where they are very common not sure about the others, however they are spreading so rapidly they are likely to displace a number of native species unless nature provides a control.... we need a few more peregrines.
