Good Morning Sunday Birds!

Well I'm still in my hotel room, waiting to check out this morning. Yesterday was a LONG day - seminar all day, with a 45 min break for coffee/tea, then finished bout 5pm ish for everyone to then meet up at 7 pm downstairs again for the meal. During the day part of the  afternoon was an awards section,&  it got to the last award, which was a main one and which they announced in reverse - 3rd, then 2nd etc... They read out 3rd, then 2nd & I was waiting for the person named to stand up to go on stage when I realised it was me!! Completely shocked I just looked at the people I was sat with and said what am I meant to do?? And they laughed & said u need to get up on that stage! So I did, but was a massive shock lol.

Have to be out of room  at 11am & then the journey home, which hopefully won't be too bad. So what are we all up to today? I read poorly weather but looks good outside so far??

Not up to very much today, with another hitch in house chain I don't know whether to keep clearing out or not.

Morning guys - yes I'm sat here barely able to move lol. Need to dose up on the painkillers in a min. Am meant to be going down for breakfast but honestly don't know if I can be bothered. You don't realise just how much you miss your home comforts when your away do you lol.

Barry - I wouldnt recommend the town, let alone the hotel lol. To be fair the staff are very nice and the room is big - just very silly over inflated prices here on everything,  drinks whether alcoholic or non. Luckily I'm  not drinking alcohol but I heard enough people going on about the cost!
