I still remain perturbed by AB's lack of information to us for Suspensions and Banning of members. Perhaps there should be a section to keep us updated on who has been 'outlawed' with the reasons for such.
I doubt that the Ed will comment on what I have posted in the Ornithological 'sticky'; which reads as follows:-
//UNIDENTIFIED BIRD......You will appreciate that this afternoon I was surprised to discover that one of our best contributors has been subjected by AB's Ed to 'Bird'. Namely, NazNomad who has been suspended without any reason being given for his imprisonment.
In my opinion it is axiomatic of British Justice that an explanation is given for all sentences imposed by 'Courts of Law' and, this being the case, there is reason for AB's Ed to give a reason for the prisoner's sentence. (Unless of course AB can operate outside of UK jurisdiction.) //

the site is a private forum, the Ed can dictate the rules as he see's fit, that has always been the deal here since the last editor left the site virtually uninhabitable because of abuse of users by trolls.
if you feel you want to move on to Q&A sites new then that is sad but you will find most q&A sites are highly policed.

I agree with cazzz, ron - just enjoy and stop fretting about suspensions. We enjoy the site (well, most of the time) but everyone knows the rules. The Site Rules are clear and Ed has posted many times about behaving ourselves.

You might have a point Ron. Websites such as these make their money from the adverts that display when you log on. If nobody logs on, they don`t make any money. Simple. It seems a tad short-sighted if the powers that be Fosters off the customers (which you are) by treating people like kids. If you feel like you don`t want to be part of the game I personally would say I can completely understand where you`re coming from. I`ll probably be "suspended" now myself :-)

Just an observation, unles 'one' is reading every single post by every single contributor then 'one' won't know why someone is suspended unless 'one' was in the thread concerned. It doesn't matter if 'one' thinks they are nice. I'm sure people aren't suspended willy-nilly for nothing. Hopefully some will back soon anyway. waves.
