Would it be possible to have a 'report member' button in that member's profile?

Occasionally it is not possible to spot a spammer in one particular post, but when you look at all their answers it is obvious.

An alternative is if you spot one of these spammers then it's worth reporting one or two of their recent posts and mentioning in the report that the Ed should look at the pattern of their posts
