Help Emergency

AB ED, please help, Boo me bessie internet mate of all time is having probs getting onto AB. She was logged in fine, then went to post an answer, but the submit button seemed to stick. In the end she logged out to re log in and it wouldnt let her, and now when she tries to access www.theanswerbank.co.uk it is saying DNS error server not found. Oh please AB Ed, what can she do to get back in!!!!!! Im nearly crying abed honest >sniffle, sniffle<

best guess is deleting all her cookies and restarting,beyond that im stumped, although i got that message a few times earlier i just had to refresh the page.
