I have had 2 replies this year. Not sure how many i have sent though, u can't see them when they have been sent so it isn't there as a record.

i've sent one or two <cough> during ma time on here and I doubt I've had more than a couple of replies. As dotsays there's no record of what's been sent or when unless you cut and paste or make a hard copy and I do neither. By the time you think on asking about it again, you've forgotten what you wrote and when it went.

yes, a simple pink square would acknowledge receipt, and when you clicked on it you'd either get the sound of trumpets or hear a sort of flushing noise.
