When using the �Contact us � facility .... either to the Ed or the Techies ...

Does an Aber expect to receive a reply?

or,

Is AB Suggestions the only forum where a response from the Ed wil appear?

I got a 'thank you' email in response the only time I sent one but I gather this isn't invariably the case.

I've had emails from the techies when I have had problems in the past and they have been very prompt too.

I have quite a few replies from the Ed, and i reply via my hotmail rather than using the contact us bit.

About 4-5 weeks ago I contacted the techies, under the 'Contact us', !'m still awaiting a reply...have also re-issued said problem via e-mail...still waiting (see thread below)...

I have sent several e mails via the contact us as I have had a reply banned all I asked was if the answer I had given was correct or useful as the person had not replied or thanked me I wanted to know if I was correct or not. It was banned yet some of the obcene things on B&S remain I wanted to ask the ED what I had said that was offensive enough to be banned but I have had no reply
perhaps the Ed will read this and reply! some hope.

I contacted the ED..(contact us thingy).and got a lovely reply.she invited me up to her posh chelsea pad..fer drinks and nibbles,(blimey.she's got 2 lavs in er bog....them there posh people are a bit kinky methinks))Then we shot orf to stringfellows( id love to string the fellow up.....�50 squid to get in...and a tenner fer a half of lager..good job i had a crate of becks under me coat.....brill night...she's a beaut ..a lovely maid...the last thing she said to me was..if you tell anybody vinny..yer barred...so i aint saying nuthing....sucks straw...and itches nose..(:O)

Of course nothing is wrong NOW ... after SIX yes SIX emails ---- over SIX yes SIX Days ... and now an answer that stands out as a 'fobbing' off : -

I KNOW THAT AB did NOT allow me to post Answers for about 36 hours and it is an experience that has been shared by others ...

Sure I could then post answers .. so, your references to later answers are superfluous .....

On what basis are you quoting private email 'contact us' correspondence onto the Public AB suggestion site ... I think that you should be EXTremely Careful about breaching privacy on this site? And, yes i would like your response to this.

There is history of ABers finding themselves unable to post, for short period of times without explanation ... I see in the past that there have been apologies posted. (? earlier Editorial policy?) ...

Now, re my 'disappeared' follow up Question to you, is there manipulation going on? ...

Would you like to take a look at this Question, which has disappeared ..... and explain WHY? {Of course a weak excuse of repetition could be made out ...}
