Birthday present ideas

A friend of mine's birthday is on Friday and I need a really good idea for a present! He's a he, early 30's, guitar obsessive (seriously - who needs 4 guitars and still drawls over having more?!) into Star Wars, Simpsons (and the like) and music of all kinds.
Although we're not really present giving friends - he's been doing some massive favours for me in the last few months and has really been going out of his way for me by giving up a lot of his time so I really think I need to buy him something good! Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

i have a male friend who does lots for me and it appears it is because he likes me. all his mates have since said 'errr of course, no man does anything unless they wanna get the girl'
