What am I doing wrong? Everyone else's seems to be working but I can't get mine to work! I thought it might have been something to do with my work's IT security system but I've even tried uploading them from the SportsAB when I got home and it's still not working. Also can we have animated avatars if GIF and less than 10K? THANKS!
I go to photobucket, save a pic to my hard drive (not bothering to look at its size) then go to my profile, click browse, point it to where I saved it and submit..
Hi Cazz, I know what you're supposed to do but it's not blooming working! I'll try photobucket but it says any GIF less than 10K should work so I don't think the source has anything to do with it....
Have a look three posts down Skreecheeboy, as I have exactly the same problem. I've even sorted my avatars hoping one will work, but Error messages prevent me for uploading. As I said - not fair, is it?
well honestly I have uploaded loads of pics, photobucket has lotsof little pics, I never look at the file size, even some of the bigger files make it, my files are j-pegs
I know how to make them GIF files!!! I think it's because everyone else has a million avatars already so there's no more space on the server. 'Snot fair! :-(
I've just managed to do it ..well my son did it ..I haven't a clue and it's a Jpeg file over 10KB ...Where I went wrong was not clicking on the category I was most interested in before submitting ...once I did that it went through ..
Hi Cetti --I'm sure it will work it all seems to have speeded up a bit now ..keep plugging away !
I've also been struggling to add a picture. I've just tried again filling all the fields in first, I'd left the date of birth out previously. I didnt get an error message this time, so fingers crossed it might have worked
I was getting the same error using the "submit" button next to the Image selection box, but It seemed to work when I used the "submit" button at the bottom of the screen.
I don't know why we can't have several avatars to use and i don;t know why there are those grey ones in three squares, unless they are for male female or other.
