Will you be refunding your advertisers for the time the site has been down or unusable?

This site has been poorly for over a month now in varying degrees of severity. Obviously, I think anyway, advertising is how they make their money, so if the advertising is not viewable why should the advertisers pay? I would think that they wouldn't get refunds; just an extension of time. Anyway, the site has to be losing money.
I notice that now it doesn't always tell you when you're in a section whether anyone's answered a post or not. So this one looks as if it hadn't received an answer, when it had. Can I claim a refund for being grossly misled?
Stewey, I think they're going to have to create a new subsection just for legend. That means they'll need more cyberspace, and who's going to pay for it? The price of pixels at the pump has been soaring these days.
